In 2001, the Anthony Youth Football League was created for boys in kindergarten through 6th grade to learn the fundamentals, develop skills, and gain the knowledge necessary to the game of football. For 20 years, the AWYFL has had a lasting impact on the young athletes involved in the football program. They have also paved the way for participation in the Junior High and High School football programs. AWYFL offers both flag football and contact football to any boy interested in learning the game.

A donation of $150 provides safety equipment of helmet and shoulder pads to one tackle football player for a full fall season.
